1090t overclocking

i cant get my 1090t to go over 4ghz i got it up to 3.8ghz np. i have agreat cooler so its not temps and i turned cool and quite off.
is that the limit or am i missing something ???

you probably hitting fsb limit or something try using 20x multiplier and 200 fsb , also dont forget increase volts it depends on the chip and motherboard 1090t usually need between 1.38 ~ 1.44 v (in bios).

its on offset is that ok or should i change it my self, and u get more preformance from a high fsb i will try to lower it a lil.
