10D Parameters

Um im just fiddling with this setting and without consulting the book - can anyone give me a quick run down (and hopefully some useful set ups that i can use) i have by default it set to ADOBE RGB but i wondered if other set the custom sets 1-3 to different settings for certain situations?

any enlightenment appreciated

Is there any particular issue why you have chosen AdobeRGB? It normally requires some extra work when post-processing the image.

no i just assumed that was best because i work in adobe to post process the images

sorry but i am asking becuase im completely clueless about this...

Can you choose RGB from the list? I think that has a slighly bigger colourspace than the Adobe RGB option, but as I dont have the good fortune to own a 10D im not sure if its an option. Hope that might help until someone with more knowledge stumbles on this thread!
