What I would like is:
- No throttling, shaping, restrictions.
- Allowance can be used any time of day instead of peak/off peak limits.
- Easy to re-grade package to higher capacity for one month only.
- No long contract, e.g. 12 months.
- Dependable service, and ability to deal with faults efficiently.
- Not a reseller of a service, e.g. Enta.

- Newnet similar price to Zen while breaking criteria.
- Fast.co.uk is too expensive for their 5GB package.
