Used space wont matter, most controllers require the whole array to be rebuilt.
A couple of days back I rebuilt a 8 disk RAID 5 array made up of 2TB disks and this took around 13 hours - it initially quoted 172 hours!
Scale that up I'd expect in the region of 34 hours.
It's basically impossible to say with much certainty, details of the system and raid controller would help but it still depends on a lot of different factors...
Our DAS has 15 x 2TB disks making 24TB in a raid 5. Rebuild times were two to three days. Too long for us so we made smaller arrays as nothing on it was critical data.
Where is the fun in that? It's a guess the number of sweets in a jar question. You don't ask them to weigh the jar without the sweets, then with the sweets and divide the difference by the average weight of a gummy bear now do you?
I've never paid attention to the rebuild times and don't look after the main storage arrays but I'll put a guess in at 120 hours.
