hi, i have had a couple of spec me threads so far but i have finaly come to a conclusion that i want a micro atx build, mainly because i really like the 350d case :), however it doesnt have to have a 350d case as long as it looks nice, i have a budget around £1100, i dont need

keyboard
mouse
optical drive
operating system
hard drive (HDD)

i prefer a mid sized ssd for my os and i dont need a hard drive as i will be using my old one, monitor is also included in the price, i also prefer a water cooler thanks :D

Lovely but a bit over budget,

Maybe switch the 770 for a 7950 (one with free games). :), that'll pull it into budget(ish).

And maybe downgrade the SSD to a 'non-pro' or a plextor. Still good SSD's. :)

Toshiba's an option also which would take it under budget.

I would also recommend one of the ATI cards with the free games. Been reading a lot of forum complaints recently about stability issues in the new nVidia drivers. ATI may be a better choice.

would anyone recommend by build ?

i wanted to buy an nvidia as it is the newer ones and unlikely to be outdated soon, i dont want to do a build then a couple of weeks later notice that the 8000 series coming out, or i might just wait as i will be building this near the end of october :)

I think the ATI release is a refresh, if not, I still think the investment in an ATI card is worth it. You get £150 worth of games and a card with more headroom to overclock.

If you balance the build well, you'll not have to worry about being out-dated. If you need more performance, go xFire.
