11700k cooler

Hi,
is the H115i Platinum 280mm a good cooler for this cpu? Probably not overlocking for a while yet so consider stock for now.
Would a 360mm be better? Reviews show similar cooling but high noise for the 280mm but the case would be a phanteks 600s with some noise dampening, but then with that attached I guess it would effect cooling?
What would be best do you think?

I have a 11900k with a Dark Rock Pro 4 cooler. This is inside a Dark Rock Pure Base 500DX case, no extra fans. The CPU has only hit mid 70c during CPUz stress test and mid 60s in gaming.

Very good cooler I think.

Is the DRP4 close to the LPX ram on that?
I have the same board but I have the 8pack 3200 dark pro which states "The total height of the range is approximately 45,6 mm and should be kept in mind when choosing a CPU cooler." so wondering if it will fit.
Or a Noctua etc if not I will have to go for the AIO
