11700k with 360MM AIO liquid cooler.. even worth delidding?

I wouldn't attempt this myself. I see people offering the service online.

I have a Thermaltake open frame case with a 360MM AIO liquid cooler. The processor arrives next week.

Besides gaming and general stuff like watching tv and web surfing, I'll be using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Delidding even needed or worth it? I'm not even going to overclock.

If your having to pay to send it off to get delidded it's not worth it imo

Thanks. I don't think I should really care too much anyway.. I have a 360MM AIO and Arctic MX-4. I always wonder why doesn't Intel just offer the better paste right from the factory.

11700K is factory soldered, no paste. It's actually very good - you'll see no benefits delidding unless you're running custom watercooling, so totally not worth the price to delid.
