I have an 11900k and temps are in the 75s with no oc running 3d mark for instance.
If i enable intel adaptive boost to high performance in the bios, (5.1ghz) I then hit 100 dgerees and the cpu throttles which in turn gives worse results on the benchmark and permformance in games.
Ive reseated the cooler a few times with new paste and the results are always the same, i also see some others with the same issue with this cooler.
So what will cool the beast so i can use it to its full potential as such.
I have a fractal design meshify so the cooler would need to fit into this which i can hopefully check.
I presume an all in 1 water cooler would work better? but im out of the loop as to what is good and enough for this cpu.
