Weird one. Can't uninstall 12.11's? Starts to remove, screen flashes once bar gets about an eight of the way through then keeps doing the same thing over and over continuously.

Do you use sweepers by any chance?

Have you tried removing driver in device manager, if not try that, selecting delete driver software and reboot. Keep repeating that until windows boots in VGA mode.

That clears all old drivers from windows cache and resets it.
