Can anyone suggest 120/140mm fans

It's for top of my case, need 2 and want very quiet ones

Everytime i've bought a fan listed as very quiet turns out loud as hell, hence the asking so you can give fans with personal experience of noise :)

Would prefer blue led aswell :p

Yeh, I have two in the roof of my case and have been very pleased with them.

If you really need one, Papa, make me an offer :P

How much are you looking to spend? If your on a budget yate loon d12 or d14 can be had with led's for about £4.75 a fan ( i have 3xd14sl uv blue on my rad they are near silent), if you want to spend a bit more then you have prolimatech vortex (no led's) or gelid wing 12 / 14 blue (again no led's).

I've just replaced a BitFenic 140 with a BeQuiet SilentWing USC 140 as a top fan and was pleasantly surprised, very quiet but reduced case & CPU temps by 2-3 degrees. I have used the Fractal's which are virtually silent but they are in the cats ***t range as far as serious cooling goes.

Ive used bitfenix spectre 140's before, incredibly quiet fans. Available with blue led's as well.

They are pretty decent according to numerous reviews -

Admittedly it is not a full list but they are well up there.

Yeh, the Fractal's don't have the highest CFM, far from it. But, they are silent.

Infact, one of the reasons I bought them was because they don't push a colossal amount of air... I wanted to go for positive pressure so there was little point going for ludicrously high CFM exhaust fans when I only have 2 120mm intakes.

Also, they're silent.

:D

I'd also love to know who measured those noise levels on that table, I'd love to see anyone get a reading of 6.8dBA.

I've got some TY-140's and they're nice and quiet using the 4pin connection.

Got one as intake for my cpu cooler and the other as a top exhause, both blowing through the top of the case.
