120 gig 360 drives already available

Gerard · 27 Apr 2007 at 18:03

On the bay at least, though from a uk seller with 40+ of them.

clicky

does ebay count as a competitor?

Demon · 27 Apr 2007 at 18:06

You'd be mad to buy one.. you can buy the 120Gb HDD for £60 (a specific model is required) and there are tools around to flash the firmware to make it work in the 360..

What a rip off

I just upgraded my ps3 to 160gb for £65

Thats one of the good things incorperated into the ps3, the 2.5" laptop drive.

With ms is a combination of drm + more cash for them.

Agreed but this is M$ stuff we are talking about

I've yet to fill my current 360 HDD, I doubt I'll ever upgrade it.

Bloody hell that's expensive.

Wyrdo · 27 Apr 2007 at 18:14

Oh I see you can buy the other black accessories now as well.

Margaret · 27 Apr 2007 at 18:25

I'll get a 120gb drive when I get my Elite

Alex_L · 27 Apr 2007 at 18:29

i might consider one if the video marketplace arrived in the uk, but as that doesn't look like its happening any time soon, 20gb is plenty for me.

Gerard · 27 Apr 2007 at 18:45

Just gonna buy an elite and cash in my premium

Whites nice but it kinda reminds me of an oversized ipod.

I've got 12Gb or so left.

Once I've played a demo enough it's gone, same with the odd free video clip.

Not sure we could link it, as the site says about flashing the dvd firmware too :/

However; this report

Should give you some ideas

spudstudios · 27 Apr 2007 at 21:00

Cheers for that.. wow a lot of hassle for small payback.
I just bought a 160gb sata from OcUk for my laptop but judging by the guides my old 80gb i am replacing will be no good. shame.. just need a caddy for my 80gb sata now.. back to googling.
