£1200 Gaming Machine, Base only..maybe

Hi all

I have a mate who needs a new pc, Im posting here for him because he is too damn lazy to do it himself.

He wants a gaming machine - £1200 is the price.

He wants 2gb's of ram.

could you fine people spec a £1200 gaming base unit and a £1200 base unit + monitor..
Base unit including everything

I have no idea what his monitor is like, so a spec including one would be nice.

He has £1200, but doesn't neccessarily want to spend the full £1200 if its not going to make a massive bit of difference to gaming performance. He plays CSS and BF2 at the moment and hoping to get future games
