it will keep up just fine lol. im not sure about that mobo he suggested but most 920s will hit 4ghz, or if u wish to step back to 3.8ish that would be an easy oc. even for a beginner.

The build with the 2 5850's for sure or maybe one 5970 if you can pick one up for around £500??? - Good thing about only having one card is firstly, noise, secondly heat and thirdly, there's always room for expansion.

Also, it might be worth considering a 955 - it has been proven to be similar in games to the i7 and i5 and is a lot cheaper, you could spend the money on updating to a 5970 or a better cooler - I own that coolermaster cooler and it's not very good imo.

the phenom 955/965 is a very capable chip and won't be a bottle neck for years, I wouldn't think.
