£1200 to fill a gap (Home theatre set up)

I guess i was a bit too general so here goes nothing, what about the following:

Home cinema set up with DVD player:
Philips HTS9800W
The set up looks amazing and the wireless back speakers are a brill idea

LCD TV:
Panasonic TX-32LXD700
32", 16:9 and native res of 1366 x 768 HD ready with built in tuner and has lots of inputs

Sound card:
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Professional Series 7.1

Bit stuck on furniture but might see what comes with the tv set to be honest.

Feedback? I went a lil over budget but i think thats half the fun?

Dont get wireless speakers, there are only 2 cables that you need to run rounfd the room and put these under the carpet or skirting.

I would go with a sammy tv and get a 1080i or a hitachi 1080p, cheap and supposidly good for the money.

Maybe get a decent amp with 2.1 speakers and the eventually upgrading for the 5.1 system.

Any amp will work through your pc as long as you have audio out on it.
