120hz vs ips vs led

hi im wanting a new monitor for programming and gaming so what would be better an ips panel like dell U2311H:

yes that would be ideal but i cant find any with all three

What kind of games do you play? I'd say 120Hz, although if you can afford a decent IPS panel, it's the one to go for if you're picky about image quality (trueness of colours and vibrancy etc).

Apple cinema display is ips and led.
Im very happy with mine, will take some pics soon.
