Hi,
About to buy some fans for my Obsidian 800D case and Corsair H100 radiator.
I've looked at loads of reviews and based on performance to price I like the 120mm Enermax T.B.Silence fans.

4 are going on the radiator in push/pull (all plugged into the H100 fan controller.)
1 will be cooling my hard drives at the bottom of the case.

Those are the fans I need for now.

In a while I will probably replace the following stock fans if I am not happy with them:
1 on the back of the case.
1 cooling the main hard drive bay.

The Enermax fans come in 3 varieties:

1) 900RPM fixed speed
2) PWM (500-1500)
3) Manual Control (800-1500)

I was thinking of getting all PWM but would I be doing the right thing?

Would appreciate some advice please.

It's a shame that the don't do the fixed speed ones at a higher RPM. In which case you would be able to link them up to your fan controller to adjust the speed easily.

I'd go for manuals or the PWMs. The manuals give you more flexibility over the fixed and PWMs will be potentially quieter when idle.

Thanks for the reply. If I went for the manuals and set them at the highest speed, would the fan controller still be able to lower the speed when required? Also I don't know whether the speed of the fans that are plugged into the H100 would be able to be controlled by the H100 fan controller.
