120mm Fan grill, However......

I need a fan grill to fit my silent wings 120mm fan, not a hard thing you would think, however it's turing out to be a nightmare.
The problem seems to be my fans have a design where i need a kind of 3D fan grill, a bit like the one below but for 120mm fan.

My only other option is to take a 140mm fan and alter that to fit, anyone have any suggestions?

normal fan grill and some small tube made into spacers to move it forward because the screw holes are recessed on your fan.

can either buy pre made spacers and just file to sice or get a short length of small diameter pipe and cut/file it.

or plastic tube for ease, biro/pen tube is easily cut and if you get a couple of cheap round black pens they can be cut and will look good and uniform.
