123-reg control panel question

Right I'm about to start fuming. Hard.

I transferred a domain to another 123-reg user when the hosting expired on my account. Fine, it's transferred and showing on his account.

I can't seem to setup hosting on it. The renew hosting button is gone and when I try and use the 'host your website now' button it tells me that hosting is already set up when it blatantly isn't!

All I want to do is send an email to a support rep but I can't find anywhere on their support site in the control panel that I can do so. It's so infuriating!!!

Anyone on here know their control panel? What an appallingly badly designed site.

Aha! Thanks!

Though I'm logged in as myself the support area thinks I'm still logged in with the other person's details so I think they're going to get the reply to the email not me. Damn what a mess their site is, glad to get away from them...
