Hi

can't get used to the redesigned email management pages

seems like a step back to me

the spam filter - if i want to let thru ALL mail what do i set both to ?

i ask as i'm sure a help page said the opp to their main page so HELP !!!


Spam delete level: (from 1 to 10)

Spam flag level: (from 1 to 10)



"Use these settings to score your incoming emails for spam detection. A score of 1 means that the email won't appear as spam, while a score of 10 means the email is definitely spam." <-- TO ME 1 SOUND ALL MAIL THRU ??

Please note: 1 is the strongest setting and 10 is the weakest setting.

If you set your spam delete level filter to 1, this will turn on the spam filter and delete any emails that are detected as spam. If you would like spam to come through, you should set your spam delete filter to 10, this will allow all emails that are spam through to your inbox.


i'm confused ? :confused:


to be honest - they should have a clear button for ON and OFF from the whole thing really
