125W 1055T X6 support

Will the MOBO's below fully support the 125W 1055t X6 without having to flash the BOIS?

with the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 be ok with the 125W CPU or am i better with Arctic Cooling Freezer 13

On the MSI website tells you that board supports the processor...

Wether you need to do a bios update or not can depend on what bios the boards have when shipped.

It's just i have only ever flashed bios 2 times 1 was good 1 was V bad so i want to avoid flashing. is there a board that would suport the CPU out of the box
