12600K Noctua NH-D15 alternative

I'm going with a 12600K in a Fractal Design Meshify 2 Compact solid case.

At the moment i'm considering a Noctua NH-D15 cooler, but are there any cheaper alternatives that are just as good?

Low noise/silence is very important to me as is the cooling performance.

The D15S is slightly cheaper for what it's worth as it comes with only one fan.
