Hi peeps could someone help me ? When I run a benchmark my cpu throttles . From 5.0ghz down to 4.5ghz why is it doing this?
 
360 artic freezer temps are good in the 80s thought speedstep was on I can't find it in the bios
 
Which benchmark? What are the exact temps on each core at their peak? What was the maximum power draw?

Use something like HWINFO64, we need a lot more information before we can say what's causing it.
