HW monitor shows the 12v rail max as 12.074v and min as 12.025v

I'm getting some strange stuttering under load that I have just had an epiphany and thought I'd check out the stability... what are your thoughts?

Would this be enough to make odd things happen?

Not really on the 12v, if it showed a 1v drop ie to 11v then I would say something is up.

It's a kind a stutter that I only really get when I start a game up, sometimes it can last quite a while sometimes it lasts for a few minutes, temps are good and nothing is overclocked anymore.
I acquired a cpu and mobo from here and have had the stutter since, I've tried oc clock/stock v, oc v on a stock clock, heavy overclocks...

Stock clock 2500k on a z68mobo with a known good gtx 560-Stutter

OC'd 2500k same mobo and 560- Stutter

Stock 2500k stock 7950- Stutter

Varying degrees of OC on the CPU and stock 7950-STILL STUTTER

Any ideas?

Measuring voltage is done with voltmeter, not any kind of software, mate. So don't bother with those readings unless they are completely out of any range (more than 10% diff).

BTW, if you don't want to have "stutters", get "LoadLine Calibration" BIOS option on.
