+12v rail reporting really low!

iv just noticed on occt and cpuid that it says my +12v is at 0.7 atm and varies between 0.3 - 0.9 surely thats got to be wrong what do you guys think?

Yeah, that definitely isn't right. Your PC wouldn't even post if the 12v rail is that low. Are you using the most up to date versions of occt and cpuid? They probably just don't properly support your motherboard, and the voltage reported by software isn't always that accurate anyway.
You could try looking in the system monitoring section in your BIOS, or try HWmonitor, it may be able to read the voltage more accurately.

HWmonitor says the +3.3 is at 1.7 the +12v is at 0.3 and +5v is at 4.8 and they are the most up to date ones like you say it most just be the softwear because my ps seems fine
the bios only shows the +5v and that reports it at 4.8

Don't bother looking at software for general voltage it's majority incorrect.

Use a Multimeter to check 12v and 5v lines.

i dont have one and i wouldn't really know how to
