i just did my first overclock on this new board and it all seems stable, ran prime un worried.. but checking the voltages on hw monitor i came across this on the 12v line.. :s is this normal... i assume not
Ignore all software readings. They are unreliable. Your PC wouldn't even boot if the voltages were that low. If you suspect, you need direct measureements using a multimeter.

+1 HW monitor can give terrible voltage readings, a multimeter as stated above will give you very accurate readings. Best to do it during boot, on desktop & during overclocking at least then you will see the variation in readings if any, my readings dont change a great deal from my desktop to when i have run prime
