I have to say I am tempted with the very top end one. But it would be more for the extra ghz that the space to be honest. So I ain't to sure

ordered my 13"MBP on 19th and its at tnt ready for me to collect when i finish work 
although time is going really slowly Also got 8gb RAM and 500GB HDD on way

Exactly the same spec as mine, which I've had mine since November and absolutely love it! Though I actually am a legit student
. I take it to Uni every day and never need to take the charger, as the battery really does last that long! Also as it's so light I don't notice it in my bag, and consequently don't mind if I've brought it with me but not used it all day!I too came from a MacBook Pro, though mine was a 2007 15" 2.4GHz C2D with 4GB RAM & 500GB 7200RPM HDD. It went through a trackpad/keyboard/topcase, two batteries, a charger, and a logic board (8600GT failed). All that was under AppleCare, but I dread to think what the repairs would have cost me!
