Poll: 13 year old cousin had her belly button pierced?

I can't believe that my aunt would allow her to do that, at 13. She was already on the defensive when my mum was going to ask what kind of thought process she had.

So do you think that is appropriate at that age?

Maybe I'm being a bit too conservative, it just doesn't seem right to me.
