13 year olds iPhone to auto go off and stay off at a set time?

Is it possible to do this some how? So his phone will turn off and stay off?

He currently has his own pin number to get on his phone, some nights I forget to get him from him and he will be up the early hours.

Any advise is appreciated

Don't the Screen Time settings allow you to limit the hours of the day the phone can be used?
