What would you suggest if I decided to try an nVidia card? My favorite video game is Path of Exile and it runs better on nVidia cards than AMD because it's an unoptimized indie game.

Long story short: The AMD 5700 series card in my gaming station is not cutting the mustard. Please spec me a GPU under £130 that will do the job; in this case, cut the mustard :D .

OP what CPU are you using?

"unoptimized indie game" could mean the game using 1 thread only (single core of a CPU), so if that is the case upgrading graphic card might not help much.

...it looks like a Diablo type top to bottom 2D/3D game and it doesn't look all that graphic demanding....so I'd ask again...what CPU are you using?
