Hi guys,

asked for help here last summer when i was after making my own pc for the first time, got suggested a nice 800 quid build that i bought and put together and it's been amazing. now i have a friend who's after a new pc and wants me to help him build one and has a budget of £1300-£1400,so back here asking for suggestions.

It will be mainly used for playing games, and the price needs to include a monitor and windows. no other real requirements.

Cheers,

i was looking to get the build suggested by stulid but the hard drive you recommended is out of stock, and the ssd and the liquid cooler has pre-order signs on instead of amount currently in stock so guessing they are out as well? or am i wrong?

either way could anyone recommend replacements for them without going overbudget? 1400 was the absolute max but he doesn't mind the extra 20 for the posting.

also randomly saw the daily deal for a : MSI GTX 680 POWER EDITION , stating it being better then the 770s, is it better then the one recommended? is it worth switching to that if i can get one before stock runs out of the daily deal?

thanks again for the help

he's pretty impatient and doesn't want to wait the extra week or 2 for those parts, was looking to get it asap, we had everything in the basket ready to order yesterday when we noticed the out of stock and pre-orders.

i've had a look myself at the parts, what do you think of

as replacements for those parts that are available right now

thanks again for the help
