£1300 gaming build...!?

Just waiting on the cooler to arrive (between 5 and 6) only reason i didn't get it from O/C's is they didn't have any in stock. Also waiting for operating system from a friend, should pick that up later to so itching to get it all finished..

don't think it looks bad for a first time build, will need to order afew small cables as the front fans i got don't quite (attractively) reach the board.

One quick picture before i shoot off to get the pother bits, don't think its to bad.

Ignore the fan bodge in the corner, thats what i need an extension for to get it coming up from behind..:p

edit, sorted as usual dropbox being a complete waste of time ha!

Got it all running last night not a single problem, went for a thermalright silver arrow extreme and it's massive! Keeps idle at low 20c, all cores within 1c from what I can see. Set auto overclock in the bios to 4.4 and it's passed prime fine, although not sure of the voltage as it got kind of hot.. Around 70c so will do it manually later but only looking for 4.5 which shouldn't be a problem judging from the 4.4 so hopefully looks like I got a good chip.

Also gfx card went to 1200 no problem on stock volts so that looks hopeful to.

The silver arrow also isn't to loud at all, once wound up it is but it won't realistically have to apart from synthetic benchmarks..

The 7970 is slightly to loud (easily loudest fans in the case) at 35% but at 25% there silent and decent, the temps are idle around 25c so that's great!

Only thing I forgot... Speakers haha! The headphones do have a slight crackle but I think that's from just sticking them in half way through a game, windows sounds are fine.
