£1300ish used pc build advice, plus a used gpu

Hello, I have found a used gaming pc;

Rtx 4080 supe4 zotac,
Ryzen 7800x3d,
Corsair vengeance 32gb rgb 6000mhz
850w gigabyte p850gm
Corsair 240mm aio
Samsung 990 pro 2tb ssd
Msi b650 gaming plus wifi
Corsair case I think has a mesh grill and 3 rgb side intake fans.
All of this for £1300.
What are people's opinions of the build for this price and what should I be asking for to validate it is all running correctly?
I am looking to buy the build for my brother or use some parts myself and sell my build or this one on.

I have also found a zotac 4080 super used for under £599 aswell, wonder if it could just buy it and flip it for a small profit.

I think £1300 is about right although if you could bargain them down a bit

I would definatly want to see it running and run some tests on it before parting with my money as there is no warranty.

You could make some money on ebay but you would also have to include the cost of fees so is it really worth it??
Cex pay over £600 cash for them or over £700 if you want vouchers.

if it's so cheap the first thing i would ask myself is if there's some undisclosed fault with the card
