1333Mhz vs 1600Mhz in gaming

Just realised the ITX board I've ordered doesn't support 1600Mhz on the RAM so I'm wondering if that will have any kind of hit on gaming performance?

0-3% depending on the game and how far you've overclocked the cpu.

The board might be able to overclock ram to 1600Mhz anyway, if you have 1600MHz ram it should be fine. Though, it won't make much difference to gaming.
