Is this not the geek thing any more?

I've mentioned it in a "hah, look at the time" type way to a few people who I would have thought were geeky enough (spent a good 5-10 minutes talking to one guy about smartphone operating systems etc) - and I get a completely blank look...

...I mutter something about leetness to which they're like "leet? eh?"

I worked with a guy (he was fairly old, but he was dead cool) called Normal Leete once. I had to explain myself then too. You can guess the quizzical kind of look he had on his face, halfway between :confused:

Oh oh oh! Got to show you lot something I saw when I was out a week and a bit ago...

This horny little devil look familiar? He was on a vending machine for naughty things in the girl's loos. A girl came in just as I was taking it on my rubbish phonecam, she probably thought I was a bit odd...
