1366 cooler problems? need options

I have just got THIS cooler and the mounting system will not work with all the components round my cpu socket, so i need to get a cooler that will fit/work with a cluttered cpu area.

on a side note what was Raijintek thinking when making the mounting system it stupid system, unless your socket area it totally empty.

whats actually wrong with the current mounting plate?

i've had to shave a few mm (literally) from it before so it doesn't hit the sinks/chokes

The 8mm threaded point to fix down the heatsink is ontop of the cap. And there is a bend on the plate to add strenth and that hits all the chokes. There is no way it would ever fit
