13700k v 13600K

Will be used for gaming is the 13700k worth the extra over the 13600k as im building a z790 DDR5 Pc for a friend.

A lot of people are fine with the 13600K.

I prefer the 13700K for my use case as I’ll run VMs and game

Depends on the res they'll be playing at, I'd personally save the money or put the uplift towards something else and get the 13600k

13600K is fine for higher res. As you increase res you put more pressure on the GPU than CPU. That being said, if you just want a 13700K and money isn't an issue, go for it too. They are both good CPUs.

May as well go for the 13600k not much in them on that graf,thanks
