So i have a 13700k and was looking at getting an overclock on it but i can see most peeps are hitting 250+ watts in cinebench r23 undevolted and overclocked and 220+ watts with ht off. i have ht off as i only game and have improved fps with it off in 9/10 games. I run cinebench r23 multicore ht off and i'm only pulling 200 watts at 5.6 pcore, 4.2 ecore and 4.6 cache. did i get lucky? after a 10 min run in cinebench i max out at 73c in a 22c ambient room.

a bit hard to say as you are running HT off, so it's a bit of an unfair comparison
why don't you run CB23 with HT on and see what power draw you get?

latest revision and i have set unlimited power and amps on what the cpu can pull but icc max set to 1400/1.4v. also have ac_ll set to 1 and dc_ll set to 68 with llc set to medium to match vid to power so it reports the correct power usage. even when i run cinebench i get a 200 watt increase from my ax1600i with corsair icue. so it's reporting correctly just have much lower than most other at the same UV/OC

worth comparing the CB scores with ones you can find on the net, if they're comparable then your 13700k has good silicon

I got 25927 with ht off and 31165 with ht on. this works out at being inline with others and confirms i may have a golden chip as i am 200-500mv under others
