Really depends on the PC Game. If you have a PC Game in mind I can do a test for you.Default settings I would say most game's the power consumption is low(40W-90W).As I live in Canada it is not a thing to consider. for me so I usually do not include CPU Package power in overlay but I do sometimes so I look at some old videos at 2K/4K

Here is a screen shot of HWinfo64 over last 24Hrs,just playing PC Games.Some game like spidertman/cyberpunk can spike when in menu when CPU is 100% loaded.

12th gen was definitely better when it comes to gaming power draw, but 13th is fine as well. A 13900k at stock can hit 150w in cyberpunk at very low resolutions, but thats about it, everything else should be around 50 to 100 watts.
