I did a bit of down clocking on my but I settled on a bit of a tune.
P cores 5.5ghz
E cores 4.2ghz
Cpu volt 1.26v
With artic freezer 420 mm aio
Idle temps around 28c
Gaming temps around 38c
Im very impressed with the cpu as it goes through what ever I throw at it like butter.

Yeah full custom water cooled loop to keep it cool
Artic freezer 2 420mm aio works very well no need for a custom loop.

most of the time i run mine at 59/45/50 with 8400C34 on mems or an adaptive profile 59-63/45/52
my cpu is delidded though with direct die, temp in gaming is about 65c
