13A Emergency Stop switches?

I'm going to fit an emergency stop switch to my 1251 radial arm saw, since if I'm ripping I don't have easy access to either the handle or the plug.

What I'm struggling with is finding a 13A emergency stop that doesn't cost £30+!!! Most seem to be 10A max for sensible money. The saw requires a 13A fuse, an element of which will certainly be the initial current draw with spinning up the motor, but I have no idea what the typical operating current is, so I don't want to just assume it's under 10A when stressed (although I'd put money on it being that!).

So, any pointers? Cheers!

Cheers Nightglow. If we ever cross paths in RL, remind me to buy you a pint :p.

Going to have to read up now on what the functionality differences are for my own interest, bemused as to why my searching for emergency stops didn't show NVR's!

Cheers.

What's the functional difference between the eBay item and the Poolewood one (which is cheaper at Axminster, so if I get that one I'll get it from there)? No mention of thermal trip on either of them (I don't want it, just trying to spot differences).

Is the Poolewood one just nicely pre-wired in a big box for mounting? If so then like you say I'll save a load of money and just stick it on an IP56 with some 2.5 T&E.

Thanks again.

Woops! Just noticed KJD12 Switch at Poolewood is the 8 amp version, not 16 amp as Ebay.

Yes, I think it is just that.
Rather stupid have the same name, KJD12 for different rated switch.

According to manual, the 1251 is 220-240 volt, single phase electrics. 1.1 KW; 6.2A; 50Hz.

Aye, so I'd expect it to obey the 6.2A at steady state and the 13A simply be for spin-up. That said, Without knowing the characteristics of the motor I don't want to cause an issue for the sake of a few quid, hence the up-rating.

Going to lob the eBay item together with a junction box, couple of glands, 1.5mm flex, and that's another job done! Cheers.
