13amps

hi guys, ive recently cleared a few rack mounted server cabinets out and have got quite a few 10 way extension leads, most of them say 13amps max load, how much is that? (Say computers, 480w psu, crt monitor, how many could i plug in?)

hmm it says its a power distributions unit, and its got a metal case, but no ground. i just plugged it in to my normal house socket.
