Just thought i'd update this thread with what happened when i bought my new 670...

As you may have read above when i got my 580 it was poorly packaged to say the least..

The 670 however was very well packaged! :)

I feel they have worked well on there customer service both on the forum and on the shop. Other places have done the opposite i think and in turn I always come here first for anything PC related.
 
I'll always pay and extra £10 on a product from here even if its cheaper elsewhere cos i know if any issues arise down the line OCUK customer support is pure class and they speak english to :D
 
Just wondering how long it normally takes to get a refund from 14 day satisfaction guarantee. I put down a web-note last week friday and was told that it would clear over the weekend and the money would come in on Monday. But it is Wednesday now and nothing on my credit card as of yet.
I've contacted them through web-note again.
 
never had to return any item, so thought better ask here 1st.
27th del arrived of XSPC D5 Dual Bay Reservoir/Pump Combo £120
the pump on it is just so Loud.
Is it just matter of open rma & send back & have it changed over for different parts? really not happy with noise from it, it drowns out 6+ vipers.
any help info here would be great. cheers
 
i have always been very happy with ocuk customer service when i have had to use it.

last time was a faulty stick of ram, i posted it back to them on Monday and the replacement arrived Wednesday :)

they once even specially ordered in a silver bluray drive for me because nowhere else stocked them :)

I hope things are now coming in boxes as my motherboard and ram were only packaged in a poly bag envelope and wasn't at all impressed.
 
I didn't even know about the DSR until recently, to me it seems wrong to buy something online and send it back because you don't like it lol. If I bought a monitor and it had lots of dead pixels is this what I would use?

Yes.

However if there was more than a certain amount they'd take it back as faulty afaik and then you would get a refund on postage.
