Prolimatech Ultra Sleek Vortex Fan - 140mm
i have the prolimatech red wings 140mm fans and they are very silent. actually have 9 of them in the case. so if only using 3 will be dead silent

Cool even better because they are black
Akasa Apache Black - I find them one of the best for the amount of air they can shift at low speeds while as quiet or quieter than anything else however they are pretty average at higher speeds and I've found performance a bit hit and miss - about 40% of the ones I've used have significantly worse performance noise wise to the others.
Prolimatech Blue Vortex Blue Wings - do well in a lot of tests but not black.
Noiseblocker BlackSilent Pro Fan PK2 are a good compromise for noise/airflow.

Using Apache Blacks they are not quiet using Noctua NA-SRC7 4-Pin PWM Low-Noise Adaptors, 3 pack to reduce noise.
