Hey,

Looking to buy a benQ XL2411T for the 144hz and I'm wondering if it's worth it or am I better off saving 100 pounds on a cheaper model?

Cheers,
Billy

You'll notice the difference on the desktop mate :D It's not a massive difference between 60hz and 144hz for slower moving games like the TW series, CIV5 etc etc, but for twitch games its one of the biggest upgrades you can buy IMHO! :p

I mainly play FPS games and have both HD+ and 120hz screens, the difference is night and day, it's got to the point where i will no longer buy anything short of 120hz+ for my main display. I did have 144hz for a short period when i was testing out surround the difference between 120 and 144 wasn't worth it for me i wish i kept the 144hz screens though as - http://www.overclock.net/t/1339384/...ghtboost-hack-looks-like-crt-looks-like-480hz
