Hi OcUK forum! I've a 1500 budget to get a gaming PC capable of 1440p gaming and I'll be doing a lot of video editing so preferably an i7 if possible. I want to spend 1000-1100 this month then buy a 780ti at start of September. If u could assist me with the best core components I can get for 1100 I'd greatly appreciate it!
Thanks,
James.

I think he has dedicated £400 of his £1500 budget to peripherals as he is after 1100 on core components

The post says he'll be buying a 780ti next month, so i'm guessing that's where the £400 (or so) has gone.

£1400(ish) Inc Ti.

I have it on good authority the Alpenfohn fans are very very good on rads and the ones in my S2 shift a fair about of air. The 140mm are for the front of the case & the AIO and the 120mm is for the rear!

Sorry I've already got keyboard mouse n monitor ^^ I've been lookin at the 760t case, is this overkill? I also want to future proof as much as possible so I wanna slightly down the line

Something like a NZXT Phantom 630 has 3 x 200MM fans and one 140mm as standard :D

A Phantex Enthoo Primo has 5 fans as standard :p

The phanteks enthoo primo has 5 x 140mm high quality fans I think that would be a good choice if the OP has space for it haha

Thanks for all the replys. The gaming 7 motherboard only has 1 x16 PCI-e slot? Do I need 2 x16s for sli?? Also space isn't an issue. I want a really good case n the 760t I loved the look of ^^

I believe it will run in 2x8 which is less then 1% drop when compared to 2x16

I dont see the point in blowing £30+ on fans, just buy a better case to start with.

(Not arguing here by the way)

The 760T does come with 3 fans anyway, £22 of that £30+ is for the cooler (id even do the same with the H100i) and the other is to just make the rear fan match the top fans.

So really a better case won't do much (with my way of thinking). :)
