1440p GPU

Currently running a gtx1080ti @ 1440p, still a great card but been thinking of an upgrade, I dont have a big budget but was wondering if a RTX3060 would be ok or would a 3060ti be minimum needed to to make sure of a better performance/upgrade than the 1080ti

1080ti to 3060 is a downgrade
1080ti to 3060Ti is a not-worthwhile upgrade

Id suggest spend an extra 100 and get a 3070 FE if you can. Drops last way longer nowadays, but performance gain will be minimal with 3060ti.

+1, I went from a 1080 Ti to a 3070 as well, definitely a decent boost for 1440p gaming.

Been wanting to get a 3 series card for a long time, will probably sell the 1080 ti and try and get some money back
