1440p monitor on Z77-D3H

Hey guys,

I have to buy a 1440p monitor for a relative for Christmas, will a 1440p monitor run off of a Z77-D3H ok?

Not gaming or anything, just being used for general PC work and a bit of photo editing.

Yes but you will be limited to 1920x1200

Actually, you may want to check the connection type unless you run it over HDMI

I was going to run it over DVI

e: The monitor states it is a DVI-DL which the card looks like it accepts
