1440p Ultrawide experiences

Hey guys

im very tempted to get a 21:9 monitor again (1440p ultrawide)
currently have a 1440p 144hz swift & 4K Swift. currently using a GTX1080

Just wondered for the people with the 1440p ultawide what sort of real user experiences your getting?

looking for some feedback on
FPS
Smoothness
Regrets?
anything you miss from 16:9

Unfortunately, if your main games are unsupported or buggy with 21:9 then it's too much of an inconvenience (e.g. DotA 2 - HUD's broken and your screen space is severely affected).

to be fair, (ive used 21:9 before)
Dota UI is broken on 16:9 too. its far to big its the worst ui in history of games
however

i do kind of understand some games shouldn't support 21:9 in competitive modes, but unranked should be allowed eg

LoL
CSS

well i may have just bought a X34A...

time to put ROG PG278Q & AQ on Gumtree unless i do nvidia surround! lol

dont worry its already on a Vesa mount.

But just a quick test lol

for reference the desk is 160CM wide.

For anyone that wants it

it wont be perfect as everyone monitor is different
(you should reset all custom OSD settings first)

just wanted to say loving my ultrawide,

i did find i couldnt live with just 1 monitor though...

Seems a bit of a waste having all those gaming monitors, especially the 2 Swifts. Or are you going to sell one/both of them?

that was the plan, even if i sell both, i can buy 2 cheaper monitors later to get 3 back

use 3 ultrawides man!!

i dont like bezels so one will do me.

i use each screen for different things

4K for Monitors (Usage Afterburner etc)
Middle Games
Right Youtube browser etc
