144hz Monitor Upgrade

Hi All,
I am thinking of upgrading to a 2 - 27" 144hz monitor setup but I'm wondering if my Gtx780 is up to the job or will I need to replace that as well.

You will need to replace the GTX 780. I would recommend the GTX 1070 or Vega 56 depending on what you get in terms of gsync/freesync.
