14900k Crashing Games

Hey all I have a 14900k running stock, Issue is Im getting 2-3 crashes a night while playing games mainly World of warcraft, Is the cpu bad ??? If it is do I just buy another or is that a crap idea ?

Do you have nVidia App overlay enabled and playing at 4K resolution with 572.16 or newer nVidia drivers?

Though the common failure with the Intel 13th and 14th gen CPUs causes an issue reading from memory so possible it is that.
